Dr. Frank Guliuzza,
Dean of Academic Affairs and Professor of Government, is also an accomplished
author and teacher. Verbal and written communications continue to be at the
heart of all he does as a Patrick Henry College professor and coach for the
mock trial and moot court teams. He has coached 22 teams of American Collegiate
Moot Court Association (ACMA) students to national championship competitions,
winning four mock trial invitational tournaments and five national moot court championships.
Dr. Guliuzza has served as a pastor, run for United States Senate, and served
as Vice Chairman of the Utah Republican Party.
Dr. Michael Farris,
Chancellor of Patrick Henry College and Chairman and General Counsel of the
Home School Legal Defense Association, has influenced people and policy the
world over. He has used his communication skills to defend parental rights,
argue before the Supreme Court, found Patrick Henry College, write over fifteen
novels, textbooks, and other books, provide a nationwide radio program, and
pastor a church.
