Hello Vector! Great news!
We have some NITOC break announcements for you.
In addition to smashing the Guinness World Record for longest selfie chain tonight (seriously!), here are the latest results from the competition as of Thursday night.

Summer Speech & Debate Camps -- Awesome opportunities to up your game and get ahead next year!
Please seriously consider one or both of these camps as a chance to get ahead of the wave and get your debate cases worked through and speech topics chosen. What a huge help it is to your school year if you can get this work done during the summer! AND you will learn some new techniques from top instructors that will help you propel your skills into the next level.

NIHD is presented by The Oakbrook College of Law
Parents - with over 40 hours of instruction, you can consider this toward your student's high school credit!
Nationally recognized Debate Coach Griffith Vertican, a practicing attorney, and his national champion staff from Point Loma, CA, are coming to VA to conduct one of the best debate camps in the country. His San Diego camp has been running for 8 years and is the largest debate camp in the nation.

SPEECH:
C4 Speech & Debate Club is offering a summer speech camp in Fairfax. This camp will be an interactive camp designed for the 1st and 2nd year students. This should be VERY GOOD -- consider it a boost toward getting your speeches ready early!

Where: Immanuel Bible Church, 6911 Braddock Road, Springfield, VA 22151 (a few miles from Capital Baptist - right off the hwy)

Registration Is Now Open For Next Year!
Yes, it's time to register for the 2015-2016 school year!
We hope each of you will be returning to continue developing your child's confidence in communicating and the ability to speak boldly and actively for Christ.
Please note the fees for next year have increased. In
order for the club to continue, the Vector Board had to raise the registration fees
to cover our expenses.
Registration Fees:
$ 25 - Non Refundable
Registration Fee, per family (Increases to $50 on August 1st)
PLUS
$125 - 1st Student
$125 - 1st Student
$100 - Additional Student
$300 - Family Cap

NITOC 2015 Invitations are Out!
If you know you have qualified for nationals, be sure to check your email (spam or otherwise) for an invitation to compete at NITOC -- they were emailed out yesterday.
If you plan to compete at NITOC this year in Speech or Debate, would you please email me to let me know? It would be great to have some camaraderie as a club while we are there!
